Vincent G. Danzi is Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at First Nationwide Title Agency, LLC. His chief responsibilities include regulatory compliance and the development of underwriting infrastructure. Prior to joining First Nationwide, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of a newly-formed title insurance underwriter from initial company application through actual operation.
Prior to that, for nearly a decade, Mr. Danzi was General Counsel of a large title insurance and settlement services agency headquartered on Long Island, with direct, local title and settlement operations that grew nationwide during his tenure.
He is a frequent speaker and contributor to various legal and title-related organizations and periodicals. He is a member of the Government Affairs and State Legislative Regulatory Committees of the American Land Title Association, a member of the Executive and Legislative Committees of the New York State Land Title Association, an Officer of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Academy of Law, and a member of the editorial advisory board for The Legal Description. He produces continuing legal education materials for bar associations and professional associations, as well.
