New York, NY – July 8, 2014 – In order to accommodate rapid growth, Manhattan-based First Nationwide Title Agency (FNTA) is expanding both its New York City headquarters and its satellite offices on Long Island.
The agency is expanding to 6,465 square feet on the 31st floor of the 37-story SL Green-owned 220 East 42nd Street (aka the News Building), to occupy premises nearly twice the size of its existing office space. Move-in date is set for the end of the year following build-out.
And at 50 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard, in Uniondale, Nassau County, FNTA will double in size to 7,000 square feet on two floors in the Class A, six-story, 218,603-square-foot building owned by RXR Realty.
“Our growth has been literally meteoric,” said Steve Napolitano who noted that since its founding in August 2012, the firm has grown from a staff of 12 to 34.
“We are delighted that both our distinguished landlords have been able to accommodate our rapid expansion in these two respective strategically-located buildings,” added Mr. Napolitano. The News Building is in the heart of the Grand Central district, only steps from Grand Central Terminal, and 50 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard is in close proximity to Mitchell Field, and only minutes from the Long Island Expressway and the mass transit hubs in Nassau County.
